Who Attends
We welcome nearly 600 public, private, and homeschooled students on an annual basis during May. We hope to see every student across our towns and rural communities visit the museum during this time. This event culminates your 3rd Grade social studies curriculum.
What Students Experience
Students explore the museum with a guide and learn about historic industries in Sweetwater County from many dedicated volunteers. We have people dressed up as mountain men and railroad workers, students make butter, and much more.
