Because the firearms we sell are individually produced for specific individuals, there will be a 25% restocking fee on all cancellations once the gun is engraved, and 30% if it is shipped.
The customer will also be responsible for return shipping and handling, and any damage that the firearm may incur during shipping, up to and including the full value of the firearm.
If the firearm is returned for failure to pass the federal background check, the customer is also responsible for any dealer fees incurred for processing the ATF Form 4473.
All firearms cancelled prior to engraving will incur no restocking fee.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they can pass the ATF background check. The attempt to purchase a firearm by a non-qualified person may result in federal charges.
All firearms are shipped under the assumption that the individual is a qualified buyer, and Centennial Classic Arms bears no responsibility in an ATF denial.
Centennial Classic Arms will ask all customers if they can pass an ATF background check before selling the firearm.
